These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in Malhar & The Sea. By booking a ticket or using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Event Overview

“Malhar & The Sea” is a curated luxury event combining music, wellness, and experiential living, taking place from 3rd to 6th July 2025 at ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa. All bookings, access, and services are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Ticket & Package Inclusions

Standard Package: ₹2.0L + 18% GST per couple

Early Bird Offer: ₹1.75L + 18% GST (available until 3rd June 2025)

Inclusions:

• 3N/4D stay at ITC Grand Goa (check-in: 3rd July, 12 PM | check-out: 6th July, 12 PM)
• Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Select beverages at designated event venues
• Access to curated musical and wellness experiences

Exclusions:

• Room service, spa treatments, laundry, and any incidental expenses (available at a 20% discount)
  
  

3. Booking & Payment

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation email.
• GST details must be provided at the time of booking if a tax invoice is required.
• All rates are per couple (2 adults). Additional guests may incur extra charges and must be pre-approved.
  
  

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure), the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. In such cases, an appropriate rescheduling or partial refund mechanism will be communicated.
  
  

5. Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly.
• Harassment, unlawful behavior, or actions that disrupt the event may result in removal without refund.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only at designated areas and subject to applicable legal drinking age laws.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including visuals, videos, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Malhar & The Sea or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Health & Safety

• By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept all health and safety risks associated with a luxury outdoor event.
• Any medical or dietary needs should be communicated in advance.
• In case of emergencies, on-site first aid and health support will be available.
  
  

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The organizers shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
• You agree to attend the event at your own risk and waive any claims against the organizers, partners, or venue.
  
  

9. Use of Photographs & Recordings

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images may be used for future promotional and marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, please email contact@malharandthesea.in before the event.

10. Website Use

• Users shall not misuse the website for any unlawful purpose, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to restrict access, modify content, or suspend the site temporarily without notice.
  
  

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
