Upon successful payment:

 You will receive an email confirmation with a unique booking ID within 5–10 minutes of your transaction.

 A PDF copy of your booking voucher will also be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.

 No physical tickets will be shipped. All access credentials will be provided digitally and verified at the venue during check-in on 3rd July 2025.

 Your room and event access will be facilitated directly at the ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa, upon verification of your identity and booking confirmation.

 Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
