If a guest fails to arrive at the event or cancels at the last minute, the entire amount paid shall be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

4. Force Majeure & Event Cancellation

In the rare case of event cancellation due to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies, the organizers reserve the right to:

• Reschedule the event to a future date

Once a booking is confirmed, payment disputes or chargebacks without valid grounds will be contested. We work with authorized, secure payment gateways to process all transactions and encourage transparency throughout the booking process.
